• VAT is not included to the registration fee. VAT (20%) will be added to the registration fee
• All participants and company representatives are required to register, and the registration fees mentioned above include access to scientific sessions, congress bag and abstract book and entrance to the exhibition area.
• All registrations are finalized upon payment. To confirm your registration, please send your receipt to the organization secretariat via email after making the payment.
• To benefit from discounted registration fees, the registration fees must be deposited into the congress account and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via email before July 19, 2024.
• Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect any potential changes in taxes, fees, or charges in the prices.
• Registration fees include three days of open buffet lunch and two coffee breaks.
